SUMMARY:The Jeepers Jamboree
DESCRIPTION:The Jeep Jamboree is a 3 day guided off-road excursion on the f
 amous Rubicon Trail. We encourage participants to bring their children age
 s 6 yrs. and older. This trip is loads of fun for the whole family.\n\nLik
 e the larger Jeepers Jamboree trip\, your adventure starts in Georgetown C
 alifornia\, where all participants will check in at our office the day bef
 ore your trip. The next morning\, you will hit the trail at Loon lake dam\
 , and traverse over the famous Rubicon Trail into the beautiful Rubicon Sp
 rings campground. There are experienced trail guides stationed along the w
 ay to assist you over the more difficult areas. We provide a full staff of
  highly qualified mechanics who are there to help\, should you have any me
 chanical issues. Once you arrive into Rubicon Springs campground\, we prov
 ide deliciously prepared meals\, live entertainment\, and dancing to round
  out the fun. The trip concludes on Sunday where you will travel the rest 
 of the Rubicon Trail out into the beautiful Lake Tahoe area.\nThe Jeep Jam
 boree also includes something very special for the kids. It’s our Jeep J
 amboree “Camp Rubicon” program. Camp Rubicon is a special segment of t
 he Jeep Jamboree trip\, located in Rubicon Springs and exclusively for kid
 s 6 – 16 years of age! Camp Rubicon’s mission is to educate the next g
 eneration of off road enthusiasts with programs such as “Tread Lightly
 ”\, where the kids will learn outdoor ethics and stewardship practices. 
 We provide hands on activities\, nature hikes\, survival skills and inform
 ative discussions relating to responsible recreation. Jeep Jamboree’s 
 “Camp Rubicon” program aims to have children of all backgrounds enjoy 
 our natural surroundings and learn how to preserve them for years to come.
