Commonwealth 4×4 Intermediate Trail Ride

Join Commonwealth 4×4 for a weekend of camping with an intermediate trail ride on Saturday!! We will be camping Friday and Saturday night at Half Moon Campground. This will be primitive camping, but they do allow us access to the bathhouse!! We will meet Saturday morning at 9 a.m. across from the general store at Windrock Park to have a brief drivers meeting and to obtain our passes for the day. Then we will hit the trails for an intermediate ride through Windrock Park. We will eat lunch on the trails so please plan accordingly. We will end the trail ride around 4 p.m. and head back to camp to relax, eat some yummy food and sit by the fire. Families, individuals and pets are welcome!!! What the cost covers: 2 nights of camping (for 2 adults, children are free to camp), up to two 1 day passes for Windrock Park and a trail ride with Mike Morrison (Morrison’s Outdoor Adventures) guiding and instructing you throughout the trails. You may purchase additional day passes for other adults you bring along and children. The price for a day pass at Windrock Park is: adult $29.16 , children under 16 $13.67. If you bring more than 2 adults for camping there is an additional cost as well. What you need to bring: Yourself, vehicle, camping gear, food and drinks for the entire weekend, and a positive attitude to have some fun!! Space is limited to 10 vehicles! You will receive an email the week before with more details for the weekend!!
