At around 6:17 p.m. (PST), we received a recovery request from North Carolina, where Catelynne was riding her Jeep and got stuck in water and the winch broke down.
North Carolina has a lot of active users in our web-app. We verified all information with Catelynne and submitted the request to volunteers. Within 5 minutes, one of our volunteers took over and saved the day. He happened to be near by and no longer than 10 minutes later he was at the scene waiting for Catelynne.
He took some photos, sent them over to us and proceeded to get the vehicle out without any issues. Then he closed the ticket and sent us a final photo.
