Request a Recovery
By clicking the CONTINUE button in red below, you agree that you understand the risks in having someone else attempt a recovery. By requesting help, you agree that you have read and agree to the USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
You agree that you are requesting a recovery from a nearby volunteer with Offroad Recovery Portal (ORP) and that any damage to your vehicle, personal injury, or wrongful death is not covered by either the volunteer or by ORP. Further, ORP does not promise or ensure that recovery will be successful nor does ORP represent the skills, abilities, or quality of those who are volunteered to assist.
• You, the requester, further understand that ORP does not guarantee a volunteer is available for recovery and that it is your sole responsibility to have your vehicle recovered should a volunteer be unavailable.
• You understand any images uploaded on this system could be used in our facebook page, our website and articles about recoveries published by ORP or any other partner media.
Be advised: We won’t enter RESTRICTED, CLOSED, or PRIVATE AREAS unless you have the owner’s permission.
If you are within the city limits or on the side of the road, we might not provide service.
We are an OFFROAD SERVICE; we do not compete with towing services.
IF YOU NEED THIS DONE RIGHT AWAY, YOU MIGHT WANT TO HIRE A TOWING COMPANY.
OUR Volunteers would appreciate getting at least the cost of fuel reimbursed. WE would appreciate it if you become a patron of our services. Our services are FREE, but some volunteers might ask for some money to cover cost of fuel, time or other cost they might incur. We do not compete with towing services and do not perform commercial recoveries or requests of commercial origin with volunteers.
ALSO READ THIS BEFORE...
We are NOT a TOWING SERVICE, we can ONLY HELP if you are OFF-ROAD. Please don’t submit request for things like: flat tires, out of fuel, no battery, etc. while within city limits.
