500 feet from clear road

Sunday, December 1st, 2024, at 8:13 a.m. (PT), we received a request for help with an offroad recovery in Washington. The requester, John Kinsman, submitted the following information: “Stuck in snow, 500 feet from the clear road / I’m with the vehicle“

Our administrator, Al Fontan, contacted the requester and verified the contact information provided, GPS location, and current situation before sending the request to local volunteers. In this particular recovery, we contacted volunteers within a 30-mile radius.

In this request, we worked with Sean Boyle, administrator of WORN, who rapidly was able to find local volunteers who took care of this request in a few hours.
