Vehicle is rutted out on a service road

Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. (ET), we received a request for help with an offroad recovery in Tennessee. The requester, Brian Callaway Hays, submitted the following information: “Vehicle is rutted out on a service road and cannot get it to move, had to leave it last night after speaking with the police trying to get help it unstuck, my current location is down the street from where it’s stuck. Very muddy trail near construction site , does not have 4 wheel drive. / I’m with the vehicle.”

We contacted Brian and verified the GPS location and situation before submitting the request to local volunteers within a 65-mile radius.

Within minutes of releasing the request to volunteers, we got David Allison to take over the request. He contacted the requester, and a few hours later, he went over to help. He later sent us some photos and a quick note about this recovery.

From David

It was a long but fairly easy to pull backward down the road. Here a few photos to share.

We want to thank David for such a great job getting this vehicle free. (offroad recovery in Tennessee)
