Friday, April 26th, 2024, at 6:53 p.m. (CT), we received a request for help with an offroad recovery in Alabama. The requester, Felipe Ferreira, submitted the following information: “Jeep Wrangler 2017 4×4 35inch tires stuck in deep mud / I’m with the vehicle.“
We verified the contact information, location, and situation, gathered a few photos, and submitted the request to local volunteers within a 40-mile radius.
From the group of contacted volunteers, within less than 10 minutes, we had Dan Jernigan and Lance Chesser getting ready to assist, but by 8:00 p.m., Felipe updated us on the lobby, letting us know a couple of his friends were able to come back for him and got him free.
