The group coordinated by Adam gather Friday at 11 a.m., to drive around and help people struggling with the icy conditions on the road.
Nothing was super spectacular, but every single person they helped, I’m sure, was more than appreciative of their efforts.
We have a few photos from today’s actions. In total, a group of 5 volunteers rescued around 15 vehicles. They drove, helping people from Tigard to Gresham.
Later they went straight to Hwy 85, where Reco and Adam help pull around 20 semi trucks stock in the icy roads from midnight until 6 a.m.
Special thanks to Sesame Donuts of Tigard, who provided two dozen donuts for the crew. They were very welcomed and enjoyed.
