Monday, November 27th, 2023, at 11:43 p.m. (ET), we received an offroad recovery request from near Lake Louisa State Park, Florida, in our system. The requester, Maiya Baker, submitted the following information: “2018 Jeep Wrangler Stuck in Sand in construction site:( / I’m with the vehicle“.
We don’t have many volunteers in this part of Florida. We waited a few minutes after submitting the request to volunteers when Eric Bosworth, our administrator for Florida, jumped in and decided to take care of the recovery himself.
By 1:00 a.m., Eric closed the request; he got them out using a Kinetic rope. It only took 5 minutes once he got there.
