Pickup stuck in ditch

Friday, November 15th, 2024, at 7:52 p.m. (PT), we received a request for help with an offroad recovery in Nevada. The requester, Brandon Gulling, submitted the following information: “2017 Nissan Titan 2WD. Stuck in ditch/sand. Driver rear wheel off the ground. No traction. / I’m not with the vehicle“

Our administrator, David Mrak, contacted the requester and verified the contact information provided, GPS location, and current situation before sending the request to local volunteers. In this particular recovery, we contacted volunteers within a 15-mile radius.

Within seconds, we had many volunteers responding and offering help.

From the responding volunteers, we had Perry Kveton, who marked himself as engaging and was ready to deploy when the requester, who was invited to our lobby, announced his friend showed up with a Tacoma and was able to free the vehicle.

We still want to thank Perry and all the other volunteers who were ready in minutes to go help Brandon. You guys are amazing.
