Sunday, June 15th, 2025, at 4:16 p.m. (PT), we received a request for help with an offroad recovery in Oregon. The requester, Juan Lopez, submitted the following information: “Stuck rwd / I’m with the vehicle / I can help cover the cost of fuel.”
Our administrator, David Mrak, contacted the requester and verified the contact information provided, GPS location, and current situation before sending the request to local volunteers. In this particular recovery, we contacted volunteers within a 10-mile radius.
From the local volunteers contacted we got Patrick Foreman marking himself as engaging in our lobby and taking over the recovery. He was about 20 miles from Juan and within the hour he got to him and was able to recover the vehicle. He later sent us a couple photos and a quick note we share below.

He was just stuck bald tires … used short strap to yank out due short area space.
