Jenna Ketchum tried to turn around but his brakes failed and her van felt into a ditch near Near Rendezvous Ranch / Cashmere, WA. She barely had any cell phone service, so she contacted us directly on our emergency line. We confirmed all the information, requested a photo and got the request ready for our volunteers.
The ticket was submitted to a small group of volunteers at 3:47 p.m., by 4:27 p.m., Amy Milne, one of our volunteers in the area, contacted Jenna and by 5:08 p.m. she announced on the lobby that she was near by and on route to the request.
Amy performed the recovery and by 6:20 p.m., she closed the ticket. Jenna was driving her van again and out of trouble.
