Monday, January 29th, 2024, at 3:14 p.m. (PT), we received a request for an offroad recovery in Madras, Oregon. The requester, Ian Farquhar, submitted the following information: “2500 van stuck in the mud. I did it. I got my van stuck. FWD pro master in mud. Not deep. We started to back out when it got soft but couldn’t get turned around. I am with the vehicle, as is the family. Have supplies and everything needed for the night. / I’m with the vehicle.“
By 3:17 p.m., we submitted the request to local volunteers. In less than a minute, we had Christopher Session taking over the recovery. By 5:54 p.m., Chris closed the ticket and got Ian out of trouble.
