Vehicle high centered At Copper Creek

Wednesday, March 11st, 2026, at 8:21 p.m. (PT), we received a request for help with an offroad recovery in Oregon. The requester, Susan Fairfield , submitted the following information: “Vehicle high centered At Copper Creek CG. ram Pro master 3500 Winnebago Travato. / I’m with the vehicle”

Our administrator, Al Fontan, contacted the requester and verified the contact information provided, GPS location, and current situation before sending the request to local volunteers. In this particular recovery, we contacted volunteers within a 70-mile radius.

We contacted local volunteers and had a few volunteers sharing some ideas and trying to figure how to help in this request. But a few minutes later we learned from Kevin H., one of our volunteers, a Sheriff Deputy was on scene and was able to free up the vehicle.

We still want to thank all volunteers who responded, and specially the local sheriff, who saved the day!
