It’s not very often you get a recovery request within a few miles from your own place. Much less in a densely urban area where Crafts stores, Tap houses and Wal Mart are on the same block.
This request was called in by someone who had tried to turn around over a small unpaved section of their employers back lot. No permanent damage was done to the little oasis of green and a good laugh was had at the JKs novice predicament.
After a little pull in reverse from the XJ, our very own Greg was able to drive the vehicle through the slight rut. A bit of momentum is all it took.

Hopefully we will see this owner as well as others at our next trail ride. A bit of experience and knowledgeable coaching in uncomfortable positions leads to a better understanding of you and your vehicle’s capabilities.
