If you find yourself stuck while out of cellphone range, you can use a Garmin Communicator or Ham Digital Radio to send us a message. Please include your GPS location, radio type (HAM/FRS), radio frequency (for HAM) or Channel and Sub-channel (for FRS), and a description of the situation so we can initiate a recovery.

Stuck in a vacant lot
On June 1st, 2024, Edward Cavazos requested assistance in Texas for his Nissan Sentra stuck in mud. Local volunteer Misty Weddle responded within minutes and used her winch to quickly free the car. Misty had previously helped Edward. Their prompt response highlights community support and efficiency in offroad recoveries.
