Front wheel drive stuck in the mud with dead battery

Front wheel drive stuck in the mud with dead battery

Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, at 23:35 p.m. (CT), we received a request for help with an offroad recovery in Texas. The requester, Mina N Youssef, submitted the following information: “Road 54 off Dallas parkway, Celina, the car is Outlander Sport front wheel drive stuck in the mud with dead battery / I’m with the vehicle / I can help cover the cost of fuel.”

Our administrator, Al Fontan, contacted the requester and verified the contact information provided, GPS location, and current situation before sending the request to local volunteers. In this particular recovery, we contacted volunteers within a 20-mile radius.

This request was received late at night, and since the requester already left the vehicle behind, because the police gave her a ride back to safety, it was decided to activate the request in the morning with daylight.

The following day, out of all volunteers we contacted we had Christopher White taking over this recovery. Christopher marked himself as engaging and travel in the morning around 20 miles. By 1p.m. the request was closed, and the recovery completed.

Thanks Christopher for helping, as always we can’t thank our volunteers enough for all they do.
