Recovery in Green Mountain, WA

Sunday, March 26th, 2023 at 1:09 a.m. (PST) we received a request for help from the Green Mountain area in Washington. Tyler Anderson was stuck in his Tacoma truck up on a trail, with icy conditions. He was at an angle and trying to turn around without any luck.

By the time we were able to process the request it was already 5:00 a.m. We contacted Tyler, verified his contact info and location, got some photos and confirm he was still in need of help.

We passed the request directly to the guys at WORN since this guy needed help immediately and they had some local volunteers nearby.

WORN kept us on the loop and also sent us some photos and shared the names of the volunteers involved. Thank you guys! Great job.

Note from Benjamin (WORN):We sent a team to the Green Mountain area of Washington (48.1436111,
-121.8325) on Sunday 3/26/2023. The volunteers we sent were Jared Popelka and Peter Kringle. They
contributed 104 miles and 6 hours combined to this recovery.
