4:33 p.m. (PST), on Monday the 16th, we received a text message in our emergency number from Be Alexander who got stuck in the snow, high centered a few feet from a clear gravel road. He already tried deflating his tires to get more traction, and also tried using logs to get his Jeep to move but nothing worked.
He had enough service to submit a ticket where we capture his location and contact information.
We submitted the request to our volunteers in the area, and also shared the request with a great local recovery group located in Hood River: The Gorge Off Road and Recovery.
Dean Johnston one of our volunteers contacted Alexander first and then a few minutes later Dustin Zerkel who was closer arrived first and helped get the Jeep out.
