Tuesday, May 17th, at 2:34 p.m. (PST), we got a request from Nevada sent by Troy Hartley, who was trying to take his dogs to the lake and parked where the front of his truck hit the soft muddy area of the bed lake and sink to the chassis.
We confirmed the request, contact information and location, and passed the request to our volunteers in the area. The ticket was passed to volunteers at 2:58 p.m., by 3:00 p.m. Lloyd shared the ticket with the group SNORR, an awesome local group who works with us in this area.
By 5:05 p.m., Brian Glicken, another of our volunteers closed the ticket, and Troy confirmed he was out of trouble and back on the road.
