These are some of the recoveries we received but didn’t write a whole article about it.
11-12-2022 / 10:58 p.m. (EST) – South Carolina – Submitted by Tim Stash. His request read: “ram 2500 stuck in mud on sum trailer need help please / I’m with the vehicle”.
Although we don’t have many volunteers in the SC, we submitted to the current list of volunteers near by and also shared on the our partner’s facebook group South Carolina 4×4 Rescue.
Fortunately Tim was able to get himself out. We don’t have much details but he was out and safe.
11-12-2022 / 8:13 p.m. (PST) – Oregon – Submitted by Kevin Huldt. His request read: “2008 toyota tacoma 4wd drive stuck on a trail down hill with a torn down pickup / I’m with the vehicle”.
We chatted, confirmed the location and contact information and submitted to local volunteers. No more than 30 minutes later, a group of volunteers were on route: Trevor Broyles, Thomas Cutler and myself. We were ready to have some fun, but a few minutes into driving over, we received a text message from the requester stating they were able to get out. So we had to cancel this recovery. But we were glad they made it on their own!.
11-12-2022 / 22:44 p.m. (PST) – California – Submitted by John Cornell, from the Sheriff office. They got a F550 stuck on mud inside the Briones Regional Park.
We contacted them a few minutes later after receiving the request and luckily they were able to get the truck a few minutes after requesting help. They were very appreciative of our offer to help.
