Monday, May 13th, 2024, at 11:21 a.m. (CT), we received a request for help with an offroad recovery in Oklahoma. The requester, Juantae Carnell, submitted the following information: “Hello there, my name is Juantae Carnell and me, and my father got stuck in a ditch due to rain. He got my truck out but got his stuck in the process. We are at Keystone Dam in the cabin areas. Chevy 2500 front wheels stuck in mud and water. / I’m with the vehicle.“
We verified the contact information, location, and situation before sending the request to local volunteers within a 55-mile radius.
The request was passed to volunteers at 11:27 a.m., and not more than 2 minutes later, we got two volunteers offering help. David Taylor and Chris Burleson.
Chris finally made the request on his white Bronco. He later sent us some photos to share, and we sent him a free decal.
Chris also shared a photo of his Bronco, proudly displaying the free decal he got a few days later from us. We want to thank Chris for helping out and all the other volunteers who responded to the call and offered help.
