Saturday at 12:52 p.m., we received a recovery request from Kianna, who was driving in a small car in the south of Oregon a few miles from California when heavy rains made the road impassable.
After confirming the ticket with her, we submitted it to volunteers and reached out to all members near that area. We also contacted Oregon 4×4 rescue and recovery and NorCal 4×4 Rescue™, two groups we collaborate often.
By 2:50 p.m., one of our volunteers, Marc E. called them and jumped into action. We also learned the other person on the vehicle was Jerrad, who is also a volunteer in that area. He shared in our lobby the following: “My damn jeep is broken down and we took her car hunting got a little turned around and now we’ve been stuck for hours I’ve tried burying a bunch of wood but the clay is too slick…”
By 4:30 p.m., Marc let us know he got them out without any issues and he later closed the ticket.
