Here is a short clip of the cargo slide CSS Team – Offroad Specialties made for my Jeep Wrangler JK. It can support up to 500 pounds of distributed weight, and it only weighs around 55 pounds. It was all built using structural aluminum and has a lock in the opened and closed positions.
I tested 2 other slides in the past, and by far, this one is the biggest, lowest one I have tried. Optimizing the space in my jeep and allowing access to the bottom section of extra storage down below.
This slide extends 100% of the length. It is silent when traveling and needs no maintenance. He is also working on the future prototypes for Toyota 4Runner and Toyota Sequoia.
