Saturday, 15th, at 5:35 a.m. (PST), we received a recovery request from Alabama, where Jordan Williams reported to be stuck in mud with his 2wd Honda Accord.
We had only a handful of volunteers in the area, but didn’t take long for volunteers to mobilize.
20 minutes after the ticket was submitted to us, and just 5 minutes after I chatted with the requester and had the ticket sent to volunteers we had Adam Walker offering to help immediately.
No more than one hour later Adam closed the ticket in our lobby and told us Jordan was back in solid ground. Thank you Adam! Awesome job!
