Friday, March 4th, at around 8:20 p.m. (PST), we received a text message on our emergency line from California. After exchanging a details, we asked the requester, Samantha to submit a request using our web-app.
A few minutes later we received the request and passed it to our local volunteers. We also shared the request with our partner recovery page California 4×4 Rescue.
Chuck Smith one of our volunteers in California, shared this recovery with the group Desert Recovery. A few minutes later, Desert recovery members Alex, Eddie, and Ray were at the scene and were able to rescue Samantha’s Yukon. The vehicle had no power, so it was towed after recovered.
