Saturday, December 31st 2022 at 12:36 p.m. (EST), we received a recovery from South Carolina submitted by Luis Martinez who reported having his 2016 Jeep Wrangler submerged in water and unavailable to drive it out.
The request was handled by our administrator on the east coast, Brandon Brooks. The ticket was submitted to volunteers, and less than an hour later, we had Charles Phillips taking care of closing the recovery announcing Luis was out and ready for a flat tow.
