Friday, 3rd of June, at 1:53 p.m. (ET), we received a recovery request from Pennsylvania, submitted by George Kabanov. He was driving his SUV when he got stuck, and discovered his winch wasn’t working.
We verified the information and prepare the ticket for our volunteers in the area. The ticket was submitted to our lobby and volunteers at 2:17 p.m., by 2:22 p.m. we have the first volunteers. And by 2:24 we found a volunteer from the group Pennsylvania 4×4 Rescue who was only 20 minutes away and willing to go.
Joshua Craig got a quick account in our system, opened the ticket and chatted right away with us and coordinated the recovery with George. By 3:17 p.m., Joshua updated the lobby letting us know George was out and on his way. Thanks Joshua for helping on this recovery!
