Monday, June 26th, 2023, at 9:30 p.m. (MDT), a request for help was submitted to our system from Colorado. Jesse’s Faulk brother had mechanical issues and needed the tie rod replaced.
Jesse had the parts and was willing to go in his truck, but he was unsure he could make it into the trail. So he was asking for support in case he needed help.
We verified the location of the request, contacted Jesse, and submitted the request to our volunteers. From the group who received the invite, Blais Eisenbrandt offered to be on stand-by in case Jesse or his brother needed help.
We stay in contact with Jesse, and by 1:30 a.m. in the morning, he sent us a quick message letting us know he and his brother was out. Then we let Blais know, Jesse was out.
