Recovery in the Citrus Wildlife Area

Recovery in the Citrus Wildlife Area

Monday, December 25th, 2023, at 3:57 p.m. (ET), we received a request for an offroad recovery in Florida, more precisely in the Citrus Wildlife Area. The requester, Dylan Côté, submitted the following information: “Hi, I’m stuck in the sand with a Chrysler 300 in trail 11, need a pull of like 50 feet, and the rest should be ok was on the way back bc it obviously not a car for here. / I’m with the vehicle“.

Our administrator for Florida, Eric Bosworth, handled this request, contacted the requester, and prepared the ticket for local volunteers. He reached out online to find more volunteers since we have very few volunteers in this particular area.

Eric was able to connect with Kristie Ligon Geer and her husband, who took care of this request. By 5:07 p.m., the request was completed.

We appreciate Kristie’s help and Eric for connecting and for taking care of the administration of this request. (offroad recovery in Florida)
