Saturday, April 20th, 2024, at 1:34 p.m. (ET), we received a request for help with an offroad recovery in Florida. The requester, Dylan Becerra, submitted the following information: “Toyota 4runner stuck in mud on trail 11 at Citrus Wildlife Management / I’m with the vehicle.”
The requester initially contacted us on our emergency line (503-877-5263). Once we had all the information in our system, we submitted the request to local volunteers within a 30-mile radius.
Within a minute of submitting the request out to local volunteers we had Jack Miles offering help in a few hours. Luckily by 7:00 p.m., a passerby got the requester out. We still want to thank Jack for offering to help and for actually coming back later to make sure this was taken care of.
